How we quote rates

BOF Pay shows you the mid-market rate, the rate that interbank traders actually use, and a clearly separated fee on top. No hidden spread baked into the rate, no surprise difference between the quoted rate and the executed rate. What you see at quote is what you pay at execution.

Rate lock and live quotes

For every conversion, BOF Pay quotes a rate that is locked for a defined window, typically 30 seconds to a few minutes depending on the currency pair and amount. If you accept within the window, that is the rate you get. If the window expires, you simply request a fresh quote. No bait and switch.

Supported currencies

BOF Pay supports more than 40 currencies for conversion and payment, covering all major and most emerging market pairs. Major pairs (USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CAD, AUD, CHF, SGD, HKD, NZD) settle near-instantly during market hours. Emerging market pairs settle the same day or next business day depending on the corridor.

Transparent pricing

Our FX fee is a clearly stated percentage that depends on the pair and the volume of activity on your account. There are no minimum fees, no monthly platform fees for conversion access, and no exit fees. For high-volume customers, custom pricing is available. Contact info@bofpay.ai to discuss.

Currency risk

Foreign exchange is inherently a risk-bearing activity. Rates move, and holding balances in foreign currencies can result in loss of value when measured in your home currency. BOF Pay provides the tools to manage this exposure but does not provide investment, hedging, or financial advice. Customers should consider their own treasury policy and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
