What BOF Pay does, and does not, do
BOF Pay does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Some sharing of online identifiers with analytics or advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain state laws. This page lets you opt out of any such activity.
How to opt out

Submit the form below and we will process your request within the timeframe required by law (typically 15 business days).
Opt-Out Request
Email info@bofpay.ai with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share Request" and include:
- Your full name
- Email associated with your BOF Pay account (if any)
- State of residence
- Whether you are submitting on your own behalf or as an authorized agent
2. Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, BOF Pay will honor it as an opt-out for that browser and device, as required by California and certain other state laws.

Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We require written authorization signed by you and may require the agent to verify their identity and provide proof of authorization.

No discrimination
We will not deny you the Services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your privacy rights.
